WOW! WOW! WOW! Since the BlackBerry Curve 8300 has been released few months ago, the Blackberry released another GPS supported 8310.
It seems like the Blackberry has put many effort on the GPS as most of the Blackberry devices recently are equipped with this feature. Well, for sure, GPS helps a lot, especially during the traffic-jam period. The GPS navigator works effectively in planning a traffic-jam free route using the BlackBerry maps, saving your time.
The Navigator itself is an off-board navigation system and downloads information from a central server when planning routes. Similar as the forerunner 8300, BlackBerry Curve 8310 comes with a nice 65K colour QVGA sreen and also the full QWERTY keyboard. The Trackball navigation also remains unchange.
Other features such as the 2 MP camera with LED flash, mulit-media player and voice dailing are worth to be mentioned. Besides, this GPRS/EDGE-enabled device sports 64 MB of internal flash memory, which is expandable through a microSD card slot. BlackBerry Curve 8310 is said to be the smallest and lightest BlackBerry smartphone ever to come with a full QWERTY keyboard. Boasting with the metallic finish, soft edges and clean lines, the 8310 weighs only 111 gram and 15.5mm thick. The Blackberries will not dissapoint you! Believe it!
